Refund policy

 

Please choose carefully. We only give an exchange/credit for wrong size selection/change of mind and a refund/exchange/credit if the product is found to be faulty. If you change your mind or an item is found to be faulty or the wrong size Lizzy's This N That must be notified within 4 working days and goods kept in original condition.

Please contact us before returning any items, returns sent without prior approval will be returned to sender. 

For change of mind/wrong size returns, the return postage is at the customers expense. If your original order qualified for free shipping a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
